The Brief:  To manage 1000 independent opticians – doing the job of a rep without the visit.

The Solution:  The independent opticians were called on a regular basis. Information was gleaned as to what products they were currently using and why? Clinical data, trial lenses, trial “on eye” and specific patient fitting were some of the component parts to the process that was adopted to make sure the practice was stocking the relevant products and taking on board the clinical information needed to use new product developed lenses.

The Result:  These accounts have been totally managed by Konnexx. There has been no rep visit. Over the course of the years six new products have been introduced to the group and the accounts have seen year on year double digit, growth.

Some of the accounts have been transferred back to territory because they have traded so well under the Virtual Territory system.
