The Brief:  Following an agreement between Mars and the customer, it was necessary to contact the stores to check that the necessary stock is in place and is being displayed in the correct area within the store. Mars do not have a sales force visiting all shops.


The Solution: To telemarket all remaining stores to get agreement to take the stock and house in the correct area

The Result:  100% decision makers reached 75% of calls had stock successfully delivered to.
