The mystery shopper service, instigated by Virtual Territory Management, is using the phone as a tool to ask customers/retailers/managers if the particular call has been made or used as a way to understand whether or not the message that have been left have been understood and will be actioned upon on.

The mystery shopper service is also used to establish how those individuals are going to implement their new understanding and what action they are going to take to increase sales of that particular product.

How Clients Use The Service

We follow round our client’s sales team, within the NHS, to check that those people who have been seen by them understand the relevant messages.
