The solution: Accounts were passed over to Konnexx to manage within specific market sectors. Accounts were called to establish their trading history, what products they were currently stocking and what customer base they serviced. Specific conversations and promotions were put together, depending on the types of accounts.
The results: Sales within the first year saw a 32% increase – some accounts ordering for the first time in two or three years. The accounts continue to be managed and are currently seeing an additional 8% growth.
